Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Activity for ClickUp, a Chrome extension sold by ClrBlu. By installing the extension or buying a license you agree to them.
Purchases and billing
Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and its terms of service apply to the purchase itself.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial needs only an email address, never a card, and doesn't turn into a paid subscription on its own. One trial per person.
Subscriptions and seats
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in the customer portal. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Each seat has its own license key, usable on up to 2 computers. Keys are for the person the seat is assigned to and may not be shared or resold.
- Seats added during a billing period are charged on the next invoice.
Refunds
If the extension isn't working for you, email support@clrblu.app within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. After 14 days, charges aren't refunded, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
The extension
Activity for ClickUp reads what ClickUp already shows in your browser. It is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by ClickUp, and changes ClickUp makes may affect how it works. We'll work to keep it compatible, but the extension is provided "as is", without warranties, and ClrBlu's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes
If these terms change, the date above will change. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept the new terms.
